This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad Waseem (“I”, “me” or “my”), a performance marketing consultant operating as Waseem at scalewithwaseem.com, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website, contact me or work with me.

I only collect what I need to respond to you, run this website and deliver my services.
- Information you give me: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website, advertising budget and any message you send through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or social media.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site and the website that referred you.
- Client account access: if you hire me, you may give me access to advertising, analytics, email marketing and store accounts. I use this access only to do the agreed work.
2. How I use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and book strategy calls.
- To prepare proposals, run audits and deliver the services you hire me for.
- To understand how visitors use this site so I can improve it.
- To send emails you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to keep the site secure.

I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, I process your information based on your consent (for example when you submit a form or accept cookies), my legitimate interests (running and improving my business and website), the performance of a contract with you, and legal obligations.

I keep enquiry and contact details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and client records for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see section 8).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, to withdraw consent and to receive a copy of your data. I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure hosting, HTTPS and restricted account access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website links to third party sites and platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and WhatsApp. I am not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
11. Children
This website and my services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

I may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
