These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of scalewithwaseem.com and to the performance marketing services provided by Muhammad Waseem (“I”, “me” or “my”). By using this website or contacting me about my services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it without permission, copy it in bulk or use it to send spam or harmful code. The content on this website, including blog articles, is for general information and is not legal, financial or tax advice.

2. My services

I provide paid media, tracking, email marketing and social media services for eCommerce and online businesses, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup, Klaviyo email marketing and social media content. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are agreed in writing, by proposal, email or contract, before work starts. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.

3. No guarantee of results

Results shown on this website, such as ROAS, cost per purchase and revenue growth, are examples from past client work. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Marketing results depend on many factors outside my control, including your product, pricing, website, offer, competition, seasonality, budget and the policies and algorithms of advertising platforms.

4. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts, assets and approvals needed to do the work.
Keep ownership of your advertising, analytics, store and email accounts, and keep your own billing details up to date.
Make sure your products, claims, ads and website comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Advertising spend and fees

Advertising budgets are paid directly by you to the platform (for example Meta or Google) and are separate from my fees. Fees, payment schedules and any refund or cancellation terms are set out in the proposal or agreement. Late payments may lead to work being paused.

6. Third party platforms

Meta, Google, Klaviyo and other platforms have their own terms and can change their rules, pricing, features or approvals at any time, or suspend accounts. I am not responsible for decisions made by these platforms.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to me unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce it without written permission. Creative and campaign assets I produce for you become yours once the related fees are paid in full, excluding my templates, methods and tools, which I keep.

8. Confidentiality

I treat non public information about your business, accounts and performance as confidential and use it only to deliver the services. I may describe general results, without naming you or sharing sensitive figures, unless you agree otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from the use of this website or my services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

Either of us may end a services arrangement with written notice, as set out in the agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

11. Privacy

How I handle personal information is explained in my Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

13. Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
